This entire project has morphed into nearly a full-time gig. The work my wife is doing with production and editing is staggering! Me, I'm staying on social media trying to stay ahead of it all! In addition to the VA and vendors to get the lift done has been ... I'm tired. I'm no rockstar.
So let's talk about the lift. We got a great call from Eddie at the VA, and the approval is done. Jim from Ability Center will start work on lift installation July 29. And hopefully 3 weeks after we will be ready to go! Wahoo! It's interesting we've had this van for 7 months and I have yet to be inside. But the wife loves it, maybe a little too much without me ... ? ;-) I will definitely load up some pictures of the lift in action as soon as we get it done. It's been a long wait so I'm happy to be close to finished.
Another project, the YouTube channel, has taken off like a rocket! There is a large group of mobile, van, camper types of people, that have been unbelievably supportive. We did our first podcast live stream the other day and it went fantastic. Got a lot of great questions and made a lot of great new contacts. (Gary@DayDreamAboutNiceThings) We will put a link to the interview on the YouTube channel. Check it out, it's pretty funny stuff! I do crack myself quite often.
Before I forget, congratulations to my son and his new wife Julia. We were in Oregon at the beginning of the month for a week for their wedding. These 2 kids to had to change the dates and location because of stupid pandemic crap, but they did great. It was a great beautiful ceremony and I wish you too forever happiness! XOXOXO
I will be back in 2 weeks. Peace.
